Julia Lukasik was dynamite on Monday, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over five innings pitched. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was her fourth in a row with two or fewer walks. On the season, she has an ERA of 3.90 over 23.1 innings pitched.

Coming up, Lukasik and Starpoint will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against West Seneca East at 5:00 p.m. Lukasik had to take a defeat the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in May of 2023 8-4.
