Stockbridge entered their tilt with Hampton on Tuesday with seven consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with eight. They breezed by the Hampton Hornets to the tune of 58-24. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 58th, while the Hornets are ranked 247th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Stockbridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kahli Ingram, who posted nine points along with six rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayla Fulks, who scored 14 points.

Hampton's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Paris Price, who earned nine points. Ayana Roberts was another key player, putting up six points and 12 boards.

Stockbridge pushed their record up to 13-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Hampton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Stockbridge has already played their next game, a 63-35 victory against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy on the 15th. As for Hampton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 57-44 win against McDonough on the 17th.
