Football Recap: Fontainebleau Piles Up the Points Against Peabody + How To Watch

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Fontainebleau on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the Peabody Warhorses out of the water with a 36-6 final score. With the Bulldogs ahead 30-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Conner Tyson had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 172 yards and one TD while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. Sheldon Asmore was another key player, rushing for 94 yards and one touchdown on only nine carries.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Fontainebleau was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 438 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since the start of last season.

Fontainebleau now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Peabody, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Fontainebleau wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 41-20 defeat against Franklinton on the 25th. As for Peabody, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Washington-Marion at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
