Seward won the last time they faced Blair and things went their way on Saturday too. The Seward Bluejays enjoyed a cozy 44-25 victory over the Blair Bears. The Bluejays pushed the score to 38-18 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bears cut but never quite recovered from.

The win made it two in a row for Seward and bumps their season record up to 13-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.5 points over those games. As for Blair, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Coming up, Seward will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Platteview. As for Blair, they will challenge Gretna East at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gretna East will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Blair surely won't give up without a fight.
