Basketball Recap: Delaware Christian Comes Up Short

Delaware Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 44-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northside Christian Lions. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-48 back in December of 2024.

Delaware Christian now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Northside Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Delaware Christian will challenge Granville Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on January 24th. As for Northside Christian, they will head out to take on Tree of Life Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
