Football Recap: Red Rock Comes Up Short

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 58-22, which was the final score in the Red Rock Scorpions's tilt against the Mayer Wildcats on Friday.

Red Rock's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Mayer, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Red Rock will square off against El Capitan at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Mayer, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mogollon at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
