Soccer Recap: Franklinton Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Franklinton was feeling good fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Louisburg on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Red Rams fell just short of the Southern School of Energy and Sustainability Spartans by a score of 2-1 on Monday. Franklinton were red-hot offensively heading into the match (they scored no less than four goals in the three games prior), but Southern School of Energy and Sustainability's defense proved too tough.

Franklinton's goal came courtesy of Kemani Wellington, who's now up to eight this season.
