Soccer Game Preview: Walkertown vs. Rockingham County + Official Tickets

The Walkertown Wolfpack will square off against the Rockingham County Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Walkertown headed into their last contest having not scored more than one goal for five straight, but Morehead let them put that streak behind them. The Wolfpack came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 4-2 two weeks ago. The victory was some much needed relief for Walkertown as it spelled an end to their three-match losing streak.

They hit Morehead with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from JUAN CALLEJA, JOSUE HERNANDEZ, ANGEL HERNANDEZ, and JOHN DANIEL HERRERA.

Meanwhile, Rockingham County and McMichael finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

Rockingham County's draw gives them a new season record of 7-9-3. As for Walkertown, the win was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-5-1.
