Volleyball Recap: Ridgewood Comes Up Short

Ridgewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Miller-McCoy Academy Lions, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Lions this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat on Saturday.

While Ridgewood was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-10, 25-22.

Ridgewood's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Miller-McCoy Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Looking ahead, Miller-McCoy Academy will square off against Sacred Heart HomeSchool at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ridgewood will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' match: after the Lions face off against the Wildcats, they'll take on Ridgewood again at 5:00 p.m. on the 18th.
