Olathe scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 46-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Aspen Skiers. The Pirates just can't catch a break and have now endured ten defeats in a row.

Despite the loss, Olathe still got an impressive performance from Aubrey Good, who posted 19 points. Those 19 points gave Good a new career-high.

Aspen's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Audrey Woodrow led the charge by going 6 for 12 on her way to 17 points and five boards. Woodrow continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Stela VerHey, who earned 12 points and six rebounds.

Olathe's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Aspen, their victory bumped their record up to 3-11.

Olathe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 74-20 defeat against Roaring Fork on the 7th. As for Aspen, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-34 win against Meeker on the 8th.
