Massey has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last six times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Kariana Williams, who scored 13 points along with seven steals.

Douglas Byrd's defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Seventy-First, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-7.
