Football Recap: Ocean View Comes Up Short

Ocean View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 13-0 to the Buena Park Coyotes.

Ocean View's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Buena Park, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Ocean View will challenge rival Godinez Fundamental at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Buena Park is set to face off against their familiar foe Costa Mesa at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Coyotes 12.1, the Mustangs 7.6) so any points scored will be well earned.
