Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Davenport walked away with it. They put the hurt on the Travis Rebels with a sharp 26-0 victory on Thursday. The Wolves' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The win made it two in a row for Davenport and bumps their season record up to 20-5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Travis, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-9.
