Daviess County not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Hancock County Hornets as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Daviess County's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Hancock County, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
