Basketball Recap: Sidney Takes a Loss

If Sidney was riding high fresh off their 64-44 takedown of Wolf Point last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sidney Eagles fell 49-37 to the Fairview Warriors on Tuesday. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in January.

Sidney now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Fairview, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sidney will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Billings Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Fairview will take on Baker in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
