Basketball Game Preview: Oregon Hawks vs. Winnebago Indians

Oregon is 0-10 against Winnebago since January of 2017 but things could change on Friday. The Oregon Hawks will head out to face off against the Winnebago Indians at 7:00 p.m. Winnebago took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Oregon, who comes in off a win.

On Tuesday, Oregon earned a 61-51 win over Indian Creek.

Meanwhile, Winnebago came up short against Dixon on Thursday and fell 54-45. The loss continues a trend for the Indians in their matchups with the Dukes & Duchesses: they've now lost three in a row.

Oregon now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Winnebago, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.

Oregon came up short against Winnebago in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 59-46. Can Oregon avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
