Football Recap: Creston Falls to Clarinda in First Game of Season

Creston unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They took a 35-21 bruising from the Clarinda Cardinals on Friday. The Panthers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2022.

Coming up, Creston will face off against Winterset at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clarinda, they will take on Shenandoah at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
