Cedar Crest is a perfect 10-0 against J.P. McCaskey since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. Cedar Crest got a good showing from Davin Kolter, who pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. That's the fewest earned runs Kolter has allowed since back in March.

On the hitting side, Mason Cevette made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Meanwhile, J.P. McCaskey fell victim to Manheim Township and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 16-0 to the Blue Streaks.

Cedar Crest's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for J.P. McCaskey, their loss dropped their record down to 1-16.

Cedar Crest took their victory against J.P. McCaskey in their previous matchup on April 14th by a conclusive 10-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
