Volleyball Game Preview: E.L. Haynes vs. Parkside Eagles

After both having extra time off, E.L. Haynes and the Parkside Eagles will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. E.L. Haynes is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.

Last Tuesday, E.L. Haynes earned a 2-0 win over Paul Public Charter International.

E.L. Haynes easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Parkside was able to grind out a solid victory over SEED DC on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Parkside's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for E.L. Haynes, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.

E.L. Haynes came out on top in a nail-biter against Parkside in their previous meeting back in September of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for E.L. Haynes since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
