Soccer Recap: Evanston Comes Up Short

Evanston fell victim to Rock Springs and their airtight defense on Saturday. They came up short against the TIGERS, falling 3-0. Evanston have struggled against Rock Springs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

Evanston's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. Rock Springs has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Evanston will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kelly Walsh at 6:00 p.m. on April 4. As for Rock Springs, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 4-2 win against Star Valley on the 27th.
