Gilmour Academy not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 15th (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Northview Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Gilmour Academy never let Northview on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-14, 25-23.

Gilmour Academy now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Northview, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-9.

Gilmour Academy and Northview should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Lancers will face off against Maple Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (43 vs. 798). Meanwhile, Northview (ranked 91st) will meet Southview (ranked 345th) at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
