After losing to Poolville the last time they met, Santo decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Santo came out on top against Poolville by a score of 11-8 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wildcats.

Cayden Self was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Tucker Stromenger, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

Santo's win bumped their record up to 4-6-1. As for Poolville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.

Santo will have a chance to go back-to-back against Poolville: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
