Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Rangeview). They blew past the Thomas Jefferson Spartans 19-9 on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Raiders considering their one-run performance the game before.

Devyn Davenport was a standout: she went 5-for-6 with four runs, two RBI, and one double. Those five hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jazmyn Nunez, who went 4-for-5 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Rangeview was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .512. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Rangeview moved to 4-15-1 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Thomas Jefferson, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Rangeview has already played their next contest, a 17-5 loss against Denver East on the 3rd. As for Thomas Jefferson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 15-2 defeat against Vista PEAK Prep on the 2nd.
