Pitkin posted their closest win since December 30, 2024 on Friday. They slipped by the Hicks Pirates 67-66. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Pirates back in November, they had to take a 62-56 defeat.

Pitkin's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.0 points over those games. As for Hicks, they moved to 14-7 with that loss, which also ended their nine-game winning streak.
