Central Plains put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Russell Broncos 57-42. For the Oilers, this counts as revenge for the 69-26 win the Broncos walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Despite the loss, Russell still got an impressive performance from Landon Robinson, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Pierce Schoenberger, who put up ten points.

Central Plains' victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Russell, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Central Plains didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 55-30 defeat against Sunrise Christian Academy on the 14th. Russell has also already played their next game, a 62-46 loss against Ellsworth on the 14th.
