Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball programs in the state of Iowa over the past decade.

Iowa City West captured four state championships, appeared in the state title game on two other occasions and was ranked in the state Top 25 each of the past 10 seasons.

With three state titles and seven Top 25 appearances, Western Christian was West's closest competition but finished a distance second.
