Football Recap: Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Friday just wasn't the day for Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's offense. They took a blow against the South Davidson Wildcats on Friday, falling 27-0. The loss leaves the Phoenix still looking for their first win of the season.

Tim Smith threw for 35 yards on three of ten attempts. Jamari Wilson was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards.

Gage Underwood was his usual excellent self, rushing for 137 yards and one touchdown on only ten carries, while also throwing for 15 yards and one TD for South Davidson. Underwood's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for South Davidson, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
