Basketball Recap: Norfolk Catholic Knights vs. Scotus Shamrocks
The Norfolk Catholic Knights waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins but they left with three. They came out on top against Scotus by a score of 40-30. That's two games straight that Norfolk Catholic has won by exactly ten points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Norfolk Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Avery Yosten, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jacey Wolf, who scored 11 points.
Norfolk Catholic pushed their record up to 12-7 with that win, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Scotus, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-7.
