Basketball Recap: Nettleton Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North Pontotoc, Nettleton was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 68-55 win over the Walnut Wildcats. This was payback for the Tigers, who suffered a 63-42 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Walnut still got an impressive performance from Logan Wilbanks, who shot 42% from the field en route to 29 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sawyer Cardwell, who posted 11 points.
