Basketball Recap: Geneseo Comes Up Short

Geneseo managed to slip by LaSalle-Peru the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Maple Leafs lost 62-42 to the Cavaliers on Tuesday. The Maple Leafs' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Geneseo's record is now 5-20. As for LaSalle-Peru, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.

Coming up, Geneseo will venture away from home to square off against Galesburg at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for LaSalle-Peru, they will welcome Rochelle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
