Soccer Game Preview: Miami Springs vs. Booker T. Washington

The Miami Springs Golden Hawks will head out on the road to face off against the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Miami Springs' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 11 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Miami Springs' offense. They lost 4-0 to Hialeah-Miami Lakes on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Booker T. Washington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They never let Hialeah onto the board and left with a 3-0 win on Thursday. The Tornadoes better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Genesis Cardona, as she scored every single goal for her team.

Booker T. Washington pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 29 goals over those six matchups. As for Miami Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 0-10-1.
