Rock Canyon had already won 13 in a row and they went ahead and made it 14 on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Castle View Sabercats as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Sabercats, too.

Rock Canyon walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-20, 25-19.

Rock Canyon was led to victory by Elena Paz and Logan Cary. Paz had 11 digs and four assists, while Cary had 11 digs, seven kills, and two aces. That's the most assists Paz has posted over her last seven matches.

They weren't the only good servers: Rock Canyon was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in seven consecutive matchups.

When it comes to explaining why Castle View lost, don't look at Bradli Brown. Despite the final result, she had 13 digs.

Rock Canyon's record is now 14-1. As for Castle View, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Looking ahead, Rock Canyon will welcome Mountain Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Castle View, they will square off against Ponderosa at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Sabercats are facing the Mustangs at the right time seeing as the Mustangs are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
