ALA - Ironwood won the last time they faced Odyssey Institute and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Minotaur.

Erick Hernandez paced ALA - Ironwood's offense, picking up eight kills. Hernandez got some help from Joseph Tampos and his 16 assists. Tampos was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

ALA - Ironwood's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Odyssey Institute, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
