Basketball Recap: Comer Comes Up Short

Comer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a blow against the Lincoln Golden Bears, falling 72-29. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 58-20 back in December of 2024.

Comer's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Lincoln, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Comer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-9 loss against Midfield on the 15th. As for Lincoln, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 65-54 defeat against Cedar Bluff on the 14th.
