Homedale had lost four games at home, but after bumping their record up to 6-13 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the McCall-Donnelly Vandals. 12 seems to be a good number for the Trojans as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

As for McCall-Donnelly, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For McCall-Donnelly's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Val Sofaly, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Homedale will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Vandals: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
