Softball Recap: Southwind Takes a Loss

Southwind was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 10-4 to the Cordova Wolves. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-7 back in March.

Southwind's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Cordova, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southwind will host Arlington at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cordova, they will challenge Overton at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
