Elida put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Capitan. That's more bragging rights for Elida, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Elida was: they took every set by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-14, 25-13.

Elida's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Capitan, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elida will face off against Eunice at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Capitan, they will challenge Magdalena at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
