Baseball Recap: Madras Takes a Loss

Madras made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Molalla, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The White Buffaloes fell just short of the Indians by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the White Buffaloes couldn't push the score so high this time.

Madras' loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-20. As for Molalla, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-6.

Madras wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-3 defeat against Estacada on the 16th. As for Molalla, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 5-3 win against The Dalles on the 16th.
