Basketball Game Preview: Cheboygan Chiefs vs. Inland Lakes Bulldogs

The Cheboygan Chiefs will challenge the Inland Lakes Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Cheboygan came up short against Charlevoix and fell 54-46. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Inland Lakes ended up a good deal behind St. Mary Cathedral on Tuesday and lost 45-31.

Inland Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Cheboygan, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-9.

Cheboygan beat Inland Lakes 50-40 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Does Cheboygan have another victory up their sleeve, or will Inland Lakes turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
