Baseball Recap: Ravenswood Red Devils vs. Calhoun Red Devils
While Ravenswood's win against Calhoun wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Ravenswood sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 12-11 victory over Calhoun on Wednesday. Ravenswood hasn't had any issues with Calhoun recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.
Evan Swain was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles. He has become a key player for Ravenswood: the team is 6-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 4-7 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Anderson, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
