Basketball Recap: Sacred Heart Gets the Win

Sacred Heart proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by 37) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Iota Bulldogs 36-33. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Sacred Heart now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Iota, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Sacred Heart will host Oak Hill at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Iota, they will venture away from home to challenge Gueydan at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
