Basketball Recap: Addenbrooke Classical Academy Continues Home Dominance on Friday + How To Watch

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Denver Christian, Addenbrooke Classical Academy was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Caprock Academy Eagles by a score of 46-36. The Mustangs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Addenbrooke Classical Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Asher Dobbs, who posted seven points and three steals. Those seven points gave Dobbs a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Corbin Burge, who had ten points.

Addenbrooke Classical Academy pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.2 points over those games. As for Caprock Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Addenbrooke Classical Academy has already played their next contest, a 54-27 win against Liberty Tree Academy on the 5th. As for Caprock Academy, they and Golden View Classical Academy will face off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played.
