Soccer Recap: Martin Takes a Loss

Martin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Midlothian Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by just one goal.

Martin's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Midlothian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which lines up perfectly with their 4-1-1 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Martin will face off against Lake Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Midlothian, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Midlothian take on the Midlothian Heritage at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
