Softball Recap: Lake City Comes Up Short

Lake City lost against Johnsonville back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers lost 14-3 to the Flashes. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lake City now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Johnsonville, their record now sits at 5-6.

Looking ahead, Lake City will square off against Atlantic Collegiate Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Johnsonville, they will take on East Clarendon at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolverines' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Flashes' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
