Soccer Recap: Mckinley Has No Trouble Against Coventry

McKinley won against Firestone on Monday with five goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Thursday. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 5-1 margin over the Coventry Comets. The victory made it back-to-back wins for McKinley.

McKinley's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Coventry, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-9-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. McKinley will face off against North at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. McKinley will be up against North's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.13 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Coventry, they will challenge Northwest at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
