Basketball Recap: Make It Eight in a Row for Kindred

Kindred had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.4 points) and they went ahead and made it eight on Friday. They strolled past the Grafton Spoilers with points to spare, taking the game 63-44. 63 seems to be a good number for the Vikings as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Kindred has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.4 points per game. As for Grafton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kindred will square off against Valley City at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Grafton, they will face off against Hillsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
