Basketball Game Preview: Pine Island Panthers vs. Christ's Household of Faith Lions

A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers duke it out with the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Pine Island's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 19 matchups.

Last Thursday, Pine Island really took it to Dover-Eyota for the full four quarters, racking up an 85-44 victory. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Christ's Household of Faith didn't have quite enough to beat Rochester Math and Science Academy on Saturday and fell 64-62. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pine Island's victory bumped their record up to 15-10. As for Christ's Household of Faith, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-11.
