Volleyball Recap: East Bladen Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

East Bladen kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They fell 3-1 to the South Columbus Stallions. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

East Bladen started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 13-25, 25-16, 25-23, 26-24.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Bladen will face off against Heide Trask at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Columbus, they will head out to take on West Brunswick at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
