Volleyball Recap: Centaurus Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Centaurus entered their matchup against Niwot on Thursday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Cougars. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

While Centaurus ultimately came up short, they really made Niwot work, particularly in the third set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-20, 27-25.

Centaurus' loss dropped their record down to 7-2. As for Niwot, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

Centaurus wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Legacy on the 27th. As for Niwot, they will head out to square off against Silver Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
