Softball Recap: Salisbury Comes Up Short

Salisbury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 15-0 to the East Rowan Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 12-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2022.

Salisbury's record now sits at 0-16. As for East Rowan, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: East Rowan beat Salisbury by a score of 11-0 later that day.
